The sitting areas were comfortable and perfect for relaxing with a book or a cup of tea. I also appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility for senior people, with no stairs to climb and wide corridors to navigate.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in terms of helping senior people with their luggage. It would have been nice to have some assistance from the children working there to carry our bags, especially for those of us who may have difficulty with heavy suitcases.
